The Consumer division of Shawbrook Bank commissioned Glendale to design and implement their FrOMO – FRustration Of Missing Out campaign for social media. These simple set of questions enabled the viewer to establish what type of shopper they are, based on emotion and behaviours. The campaign was picked up by the national press and generated a huge amount of PR coverage for Shawbrook Bank, driving a record number of hits on the Shawbrook lending web page.
